Daniel came to visit me at work like he sometimes does. He then went to run some errands, also like he sometimes does. I was out for a bit and when I returned something in my pocket was making a noise... "Trina. Trina, are you there? This is Daniel, calling you on your new phone." It was Daniel calling me on the new phone he got me. ... Okay, so that's how he wanted it to play out. But he made the mistake of telling me he was going to run errands and get me a surprise. I knew my phone was missing and I knew I was eligible for an upgrade so I knew what he was doing. But he still deserves the awesome husband award anyway!
